At FerriFirenze, we do absolutely everything in house. We design all of our handmade Italian jewellery ourselves, using our artisans’ innovative vision to create unique designs.

We are equally happy to customise any piece. By working together with our clients to fulfill their individual desires, perhaps by tweaking the size or adapting our original designs, we create that magic together.

We craft each component of our jewellery in the laboratory of our 16th-century Tuscan villa. From the settings for each earring, right down to the clasps on our gossamer-fine 18k gold chains. We personally distribute our striking creations worldwide. The proof of our dedication is that our clients have an open invitation to our villa to meet our artisans themselves. 

We offer our clients our unique Jewellery Makeover service. This concept updates our clients’ favourite heirloom jewellery by resetting cherished gemstones into pioneering new designs.

We currently offer clients the exclusive opportunity to trial our jewellery in the comfort of their own homes. We understand that many clients crave the firsthand experience of seeing, sampling and savouring these unusual pieces in order to decide what to purchase. With the level of discretion and privacy that our brand guarantees. We are delighted to offer our Free Home Trial service in the following countries: Bahrain, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar and United Arab Emirates and the following cities: Florence, Geneva, London, Los Angeles, Miami, Milan, Paris, Rome. We are always happy to fulfill our customers’ specific requests, whether you wish to lengthen an 18k gold chain, make changes in a piece’s size, or otherwise customise the original design of our jewellery.

Each one of our pieces is also consigned to its client along with a Lifetime Guarantee. If necessary, our customer service colleagues remain on hand to assist you in locating a service and repairs centre near you. Alternatively we are able to mend your jewellery at our headquarters in Florence.
